Which data I process

• Contact form and email: your first name, email address and the content of your message.
• Guidance: information you share yourself in the context of sessions or journeys (intake, what brings you here, practical arrangements).
• Phone and messaging: your phone number when you call, or when message support is part of your journey.

What I use it for

• To answer your question and schedule appointments.
• To be able to attune the guidance to your situation.
• To comply with accounting and legal obligations.

Your data is not passed on to third parties for marketing purposes and is never sold.

How long I keep it

Messages and contact details are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your question. Information from guidance is treated confidentially and kept no longer than needed for the guidance itself and for the legal retention periods that apply to invoicing data.

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies and no analytics tracking. That is why no cookie banner is shown. If this changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested first where legally required.

Your rights
